Sound therapy with singing bowls in Nuremberg

Find your way back to inner peace through sound and vibration.

There are moments when everyday life simply becomes too loud.

Deadlines, responsibilities, constant availability, and the many small demands of life leave little room to breathe. Perhaps you feel that you long for a break – not just for your body, but also for your mind.

Through sound therapy, our sound therapist and educator Sandra invites you to rediscover precisely this space.

Gentle sounds, subtle vibrations and mindful guidance help you to let go, calm down and arrive fully in the moment.

It's not about achieving something.

It's about being simple.

What can you expect from a sound therapy session?

Every sound therapy session begins with a personal conversation.

Sandra will take time for you and your current situation. Perhaps you come with a desire for more relaxation, perhaps you want to get away from everyday life, or simply consciously give yourself time for yourself.

Afterwards, you can make yourself comfortable fully clothed on a comfortable lounger.

Sandra creates a personalized sound journey using various singing bowls. The bowls are gently struck and – depending on the sequence – placed next to or on your body.

The harmonious sounds and subtle vibrations spread throughout the room and can also be perceived physically.

You don't have to do anything during the entire session.

You can let yourself be carried away, listen to the sounds, and observe what arises within you. After the sound journey, there will be plenty of time to reflect and arrive back in the present moment.
